Synopsis

Angel tells the story of the glorious rise of an impoverished young girl, Angel, who achieves great success and celebrity as a popular novelist. Angel uses her success to reap unforgiving revenge on society. She eventually purchases Paradise House, the residence she dreamed of as a child, and marries an accursed young artist, Esmé, whom she supports along with his sister, Nora, who becomes her devoted personal assistant.
