John Schwab joins Poisson Rouge from Solution Films where he produced television pilot H.A.N.D. International, that screened at ITV; and radio comedy pilot Boondoggle: The Unbelievable Memoirs of Space Captain Bruce Hardley, which is in development as a radio series. For Solution Films John produced the ultra short short film Out of Nowhere (official selection Hayden Film Festival) and the award winning short film Foster by Jonathan Newman.

John has also directed several successful short films including Just Another Day (special screening at TCM 2002), A Solution to Writer’s Block (Official Selection Rivers Edge Film Festival 2002), and The Applicant (Official Selection Palm Springs Festival of Short Films 2008).

As a long standing member of The Reduced Shakespeare Company, John wrote and performed many original pieces including Reduced Titanic (Red Nose Day 1999) and Reduced Shakespeare in Love, celebrating the release of the DVD, and The Reduced Special Relationship of Britain and America.

Most recently, John has produced The Hide and is developing several projects for PRP including Dead Famous and Stumped.
